Steven McCutcheon is a Carlsbad native and small business owner working across energy, ranch land, and water in the region he grew up in. His work spans produced water logistics, ranch development, and the day-to-day realities of running businesses in the Permian Basin.
He's also spent time in public service — as an Eddy County Commissioner and New Mexico State Senator — engaging directly in the policy questions that shape the region's economy.
